The Government Anti-Crisis Program on Construction and Housing of citizens, whose living conditions must be improved, is completed. According to the directives of the Cabinet of Ministers, the State Mortgage Institution purchased 5561 apartments in 160 apartment buildings of value amounting to 1.47 billion UAH.

Verkhovna Rada failed to adopt important amendments to the Law on Social Security for Low-income Families. Commenting the decision of parliamentarians, Lyudmila Denisova, the Minister of Labor and Social Policy of Ukraine, mentioned that the Bill on Introduction of the Amendments to the Article 7 of the Law on Social Security for Low-income Families was aimed to protect low-income families’ right to get social security, even if income information had not been provided.
